Ingredients:
- 250g Butter
- 200g Castor Sugar (I just measure 180g of sugar coz 200g is a bit sweet for my parents:-))
- 200g Self-Raising Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 4 Tsp Milk(I prefer low-fat milk)
Method:
- Preheat the owen to 180 deg.C.
- Cream Butter and Sugar until light and cream.
- Add Eggs one at a time, beat well after each addittion.
- Fold in sifted Flour gradually to mix.
- Stir in Milk and mix until well combined.
- Turn out mixture into prepared tin.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until color changed to golden.
- Done.
Tadaa...my cake looks nice,rite?The looks is still ok coz not enough time to do it!
