Pandan Cake

Wow, will have a small break in this weekend due to our country's independence day will fall on this Sunday and definitely we'll have an extra holiday on this coming Monday. Hooray! Happy 51st Birthday to Malaysia! Merdeka! Merdeka! Merdeka! ;-p

Haven't have any plan yet or maybe will stay at home on this few days. May be will just eat, sleep, and shit like a piggy...Haha...

Before become a piggy, i went to shopping with my dad in hypermarket on this noon ;-) We bought some grocery back and a Pandan cake mix coz i decide to bake a cake for our tea time.

Yeah! Having a slice of Pandan cake with a cup of my favourite drinks ---Nescafe! Although it was raining on this afternoon but I still enjoying my tea time... Yummy Yummy! :-D

Steamed Egg Cake


I like this kind of cake so much. "Steamed Egg Cake" , everytime I saw it sure I'll buy few pieces...hehe...I saw it in a stall today, it just have 2 pieces and i sapu all...haha!

Wish to bake this cake but can't find out the recipe. Anyone can help me on this?

Happy Day

The cheese cake that i baked that day gone. My little sis asked when i want to bake another for her on yesterday night. Oh..there's a demand lol...and finally i decide to bake a large butter cake and almond butter cake to fulfill her needs...coz that's the easier cake and save time. Ngek ngek!

I put some almond on the other one.


The good news is the almond cake was finished. My mom and sis bring some to office and school today. So happy ya...Thx for support.:-D

Erm...i think i should plan what i need to bake on next time from now. If not later my little sis will complain.Ha...!

Original Cheesecake + Mocha Cheesecake

Baked cheesecake on yesterday night. It's definitely my little sister's favourite as well as my favourite too. I've baked it before and my sister almost finish it all. She keep on asked me to bake again for her. Finally i have time to do it for her and my family.

Ingredients:


  • 250g cream cheese
  • 220ml fresh milk(I used low-fat milk)
  • 100g butter / margerine

A:

  • 70g plain flour, sifted with
  • 20g corn flour
  • 60g castor sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
B:


  • 6 egg white
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 60g castor sugar
Method:


  1. Put cream cheese and fresh milk into a double-boiler. Double-boil till cream cheese has melted. Remove from heat.
  2. Add butter, stir till butter has melted and leave it cool.
  3. Add A into cooled cream cheese mixture and stir well to form batter.
  4. Whisk B till thick and glossy , fold into cream cheese mixture till well-combined.
  5. Pour cake mixture into a non-greased baking tin.
  6. Put baking tin into a large roasting pan half filled with hot water. Steam bake at 170 deg.C for 1 hours or till golden brown.
  7. Remove and leave to cool.

*For Mocha Cheesecake, use 2 tbsp instant coffee dissolved in 4 tbsp hot milk.

*Cheesecake is best to be kept in the fridge.
*Serve chilled.





I bake 1 original cheesecake and 1 Mocha cheesecake.

I feel so proud that i've successfully baked it!......:D

Almond Butter Cake

I bake again, Again!
This is the 4th time in a week. My goodness! Get addicted in baking...haha :D

I baked butter cake + almond = Almond Butter Cake.

Wonderful!

Butter Cake

My mum bought a new mixer to me on last saturday. I was so happy and i decide to bake a butter cake (cupcakes style) to my mum on that night.


Ingredients:
  • 250g Butter
  • 200g Castor Sugar (I just measure 180g of sugar coz 200g is a bit sweet for my parents:-))
  • 200g Self-Raising Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Tsp Milk(I prefer low-fat milk)
Method:
  1. Preheat the owen to 180 deg.C.
  2. Cream Butter and Sugar until light and cream.
  3. Add Eggs one at a time, beat well after each addittion.
  4. Fold in sifted Flour gradually to mix.
  5. Stir in Milk and mix until well combined.
  6. Turn out mixture into prepared tin.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until color changed to golden.
  8. Done.



Tadaa...my cake looks nice,rite?The looks is still ok coz not enough time to do it!
