Restaurant Boston Baru, Klang (Revisit)

Where to eat when you go to Klang? For me, the answer definitely is Restaurant Boston Baru. I like their 'Shu Fen Kang' and the 'Steamed LaLa' so much.

The signature dish in this restaurant - steamed LaLa... a bit spicy on that day but the aroma of the white wine is really Fantastic!Tapioca Starch Noodles (Shu Fen Kang), very chewy and tasty!'Wat Tan Hor'

Mantis Prawn, the taste is jz normal for me and nothing to shout about.

Restaurant Boston Baru, Klang

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri to all my malay frens! Maaf Zahir & Batin! Spent my whole day with my lovely family on yesterday and we just eat eat and eat. Alamak! My spare tyre want to come out already...ngek ngek!

Morning, we had a simple breakfast and start our journey to Pulau Ketam. We never been there before so we took this chance to walk around at there. Huh...so so so...many people and what I can said is 'kelam kabut'. Some more, the weather is Hot, hot, hot!
I can tell you this may be my 1st time to there and may be the last time.

Just spent few hours at there and we dun wish to stay at there anymore. We back to Klang and go shopping in Jusco Bukit Tinggi .

We went to this Restaurant Boston Baru at Klang for our dinner. We arrived around 7.30pm and the crowd was tremendously good! We had to wait almost 1 hour for our food.

1st dish that arrived is this 'Hokkien Mee'. Taste good and there's a lot of the 'fried pork oil'
Dang dang dang dang....The signature dish, Steamed Lala. The Lala cooked in white wine, plenty of ginger and chilli padi. The soup with the garlic bits and the aroma of the white wine, is simply heavenly. You can see this dish in every table.
Another must try at here...'Tapioca Starch Noodles(Shu Fen Kang)', Good taste!
'Fried Sotong' The taste is just normal and nothing to shout out.
The bill comes to RM55 bucks inclusive of drinks. Yummy....
~Boston Baru is just right opposite to Kamdar and i think is same row with the Lembaga
Tabung Haji.~
~Opening Hours - around 6.30pm~

Teluk Gong

Frens, How was your weekend? Being piggy at home or just ran far away from the city? For me, I had a good weekend. I went to Teluk Gong yesterday for the seafooooood.....This is my 1st time to Teluk Gong, can you believe it? A person who stay in K.L never go to Teluk Gong before while the seafood is really well known at there. Hehe...

'Coconut Flower Seafood Restaurant', this is the most famous restaurant at there and the place is really BIG. I think it can accommodate more than 400 people. The crowd was tremendously good on that day. It was almost full when I reached on 6.30pm.
First of all, we don't wish to take rice on that day coz we are purposely come here for the Fried Lala Meehoon @ RM10.00. But, the taste is just normal and nothing to shout about.
Can you see the Lala? It's so small!

Fried Bamboo Shell with Kam Heong @ RM13.00. Thumb up to the dish as it's spicy and tasty.

'Kangkung Belacan' @ RM8.00. The taste is really good and my sis almost finished it all. This is her favourite vege.
'Fried Mantis Prawn with Oatmeal' @ RM16.00.
Crab Crab! 'Sweet & Sour Crab' @RM30.00 for 1kg. The sauce is very appetizing and great to be eaten with rice.
'Fried Bun' @ RM4.00. It's good to dipped it with the sauce and I love it so much as I'm a bun lover.Haha :-PThis is Toddy. RM2.50 for small bottle. Toddy is a type of liquor that made from coconut juice. Don't know how to describe the taste but i think this is the must try when you come here.
The overall of the food is ok and the price is quite reasonable. You will be surprised of the crowd if you visit here for the 1st time. However, the dish was served fast although there was crowded. Come here preferably before 7pm in weekend if you don't want to wait to get a table. Kindly make a booking 1st if you don't want to wait. Hehe...

Restaurant Baywatch@Tanjung Sepat

I happen to visit Tanjung Sepat on that day. Tanjung Sepat, is a small fish village that located at southwest part of Selangor. There have a lot of places you can visit when you come here like various orchards farms, including Dragon fruit farm, Durian farm, and etc. Fishballs, Chinese buns (pau), tapioca chips, longan fruit, fresh mushrooms and Ganoderma(Ling Zhi) farm.

We are purposely go there for the seafood and buy some dried shrimp on that day. ;-)My parents said the price is much more cheaper compare with in K.L.

But before that, we went to a place called Lover's Bridge which is a jetty by the sea and a few restaurants around this area.

Sea view from the bridge

Restaurants around the bridge

Having our dinner @Restaurant Bay Watch

seaside views with open-air dining

Claypot Curry Fish Head @ RM25.00. The taste is normal but it's really have a lot of vege inside. :-)

'Tapioca Leaves' @ RM8.00. Quite cheap right? It's cook with sambal belacan and i like the taste much. I took a lots...haha...

Fried Bamboo Shell with Kam Heong @ RM15.00. A bit tasteless but still acceptable and the most important is it was fresh.

Golden Butter Mantis Prawns(Har Ku) @ RM15.00. It's sufficiently crispy and tasty.

Actually we want to order the Teppan Oyster coz we had taste it before. The dish was great that cooked in a sizzling hot plate with a lot of oyster. Hmm...yummy yummy! I think this is the must order dish for every seafood restaurant at here. But the unfortunately things is the oyster are seasonable. They don't have it at this time...;-(! It's ok, we'll come again. Ha...

Frankly to said that, the overall of the food is quite good and the price was reasonable as well. In fact everything that we ate that night was fresh. That's why we'll come to this restaurant everytime we came to Tanjung Sepat. :-D

I think I should give a chance to other restaurants at here next time coz it's really have a lot of restaurant around this area.
